YOUR CHALLENGES : • Manage and coordinate all activities related to transformation, manufacturing, washing and sanitation of equipment; • Coordinate and plan workforce and operations to meet requests from internal and external customers; • Manage and engage his team members and ensure that the work is done at all times safely; • Make sure the cheese produces is high quality and meets all quality and safety standards , with the support of the quality department, the master cheese maker, production and operations managers; • Develop and implement continuous improvement our processes and work methods; • Coach, support and assist team members in problem solving; • Identify training needs and assist in developing the competencies of its team members; • Perform employee performance reviews on a regular basis; • Ensure regular monitoring of activities and results; WHAT YOU HAVE : • Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering, automated production engineering, food engineering or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience; • Degree in dairy specialization (asset); • 3-5 years experience in a similar position (manufacturing environment); • Relevant experience in cheese making; • Experience and training in continuous improvement (asset); • Available to work on evening and week-end; • Be able to lift weights that may exceed 20 Kg; • Has a sense of responsibility and autonomy; • Is versatile, flexible and reliable; • Bilingual (asset).
