The technical advisor communicates directly with the customer and deals with meeting his expectations for maintenance and repairs. This position provides the link between the mechanic and the customer. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this role and enhance the customer experience. • Provide excellent customer service and a consistent commitment to meeting the needs of the customer and their vehicle. • Respond quickly to customer inquiries, by phone or in person. • Understand the customer's needs and offer them a complete solution. • Share ideas and suggestions to enhance the customer experience in the Auto Center. • Quickly manage customer issues. • Provide effective communication with clients during repairs or maintenance. • Perform and analyze repair orders with customers. • Estimate the cost and duration of maintenance and repair work. Ensure that the final invoice corresponds to the estimate, and that the vehicle is delivered at the agreed time. • Liaise between customers and mechanics and manage the status of order form. • Schedule the schedule for maintenance and repair work. • Use order form management software. • Present potential opportunities or suggestions to the Auto Center Manager to make the Auto Center more profitable and increase sales. • Perform other duties as needed
