Know the menu, its position and its tasks ° Realize the set-ups of the restaurant, lounges and conference rooms in respecting the rules of hygiene ° Take note of the menu of the day and ensure the availability of dishes from the menu ° Welcome, place and advise clients as soon as they arrive ° Customize customer reception (call them by name, know their habits ...) ° Take orders of beverages and dishes ° Provide service for cold and hot dishes and beverages ° Manage the cash register, the restauration system (VELOCE) and present the note to the customer ° Ridding, cleaning and storing the restaurant room and common areas (bathroom conference, toilets, ...) ° Ensure the maintenance, cleaning and storage of the dishes, respecting the hygiene standards ° Participate in the kitchen when needed
