Description

Train production assistant, quality control, health and safety, maintain consistent production and superior quality while developing new products, keep brewing documentation updated, plan production schedules, work with management to set production forecasts, assess and control the raw materials used, good knowledge of chemical and biochemical principles related to the brewing environment, basic knowledge of the mechanics of brewing machinery, excellent knowledge of the brewing sector and a good appreciation of craft beers, able to work without supervision, excellent teamwork skills, good physical condition, experience as a brewer in a commercial brewery, good communicator (English-French an asset), Microsoft Office and basic computer tools skills, well organized, meticulous (attention to details), good problem solving ability and willingness to seek help when needed.
