Your future duties and responsibilities Key Deliverables and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following) • Provide efficient, cost-effective, customer focused issue resolution through issue identification, analysis, research and implementation of the optimum solution while maintaining effective communication with both customers and internal departments • Plan, lead or participate in projects to enhance the customer experience • Accountable for implementation and improvement of internal control processes specific to the role • Generate and/or review weekly/monthly control reports as required • Manage day to day administrative requirements and maintain enrolment validation systems, customer databases and archives • Perform role of functional subject matter expert for all release testing and assist with related documentation • Maintain a proactive outbound call program and accurate customer profiles in order to build the service relationship • Manage registration process including validating requests against established legal criteria and checking for completion of forms • Provide first level client service and problem resolution regarding the registration, enrollment and user set-up processes for the various client systems • Liaise with appropriate internal and external contacts to resolve billing issues, complete credit and refund reviews and assist with invoice analysis • Perform collection efforts for aging and outstanding invoices/payments as needed Required qualifications to be successful in this role Knowledge • Knowledge and understanding of technologies as they relate to internet based and/or client server applications • Proficient in use of PC applications (MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Work Experience • 3+ years customer service experience, preferably within the financial services or securities industry Skills • Must be fluently bilingual (written & verbal) in both English and French • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and complete high quality work in a timely manner • Ability to interface and coordinate work effectively with internal and external contacts • Understanding of operational and administrative processes • Excellent relationship building skills • Strong team orientation • Proactive, positive approach • Understanding of Securities Industry and regulatory filing process would be an asset Education • Community college diploma and/or equivalent relevant work experience
