RESPONSIBILITIES (could include, but are not limited to): • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications. • Work with stakeholders and project team to research, collect and prioritize requirements for projects, enhancement requests, change requests, statements of work, and issue resolution; • Lead the analysis of business processes and elicitation of requirements; • Document existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement and efficiencies; • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements and communicate to project team members; • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, accuracy, and conformity to project standards; • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications, verbally and through written documentation, to project team members and client stakeholders so that solutions are understood; • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary; • Develop, document, and execute test cases; and • Conduct client training sessions, as required. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • University degree or a suitable combination of education and previous work experience; • Related work experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development; • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products; • Ability to exercise independent judgment and take action on it; • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail; • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; • Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to multi-task; • Ability to effectively analyze, prioritize and execute tasks; • Strong customer service orientation; and • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
